fiplay.app is run by Phitime İnternet Teknolojileri Limited Şirketi (“Fiplay”, “we”). By using the site you agree to these terms.

The service

Fiplay offers free daily puzzle games. You can play without an account; if you sign in with Google or Apple, your results are saved to your account. We may change, add or remove games, rules and features from time to time.

Fair play

• Solve the puzzles yourself. Don’t play with bots, scripts or other automated tools.
• Don’t exploit bugs, overload our servers or try to access other people’s accounts.
• Don’t use several accounts or guest IDs to game the leaderboards.

We may remove results that break these rules from the leaderboards and close the accounts involved.

Your account and display name

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Your display name must not infringe anyone’s rights or contain insults, hate speech or misleading content; we may change names that do. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Intellectual property

The site’s design, code, puzzles and content belong to us. You’re welcome to share your own results, but you may not copy the site or its puzzles and publish them elsewhere without permission.

Liability

Fiplay is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee that the site will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. This doesn’t affect the rights consumer law gives you where you live.
